Job Overview

Our Church

First Baptist Church of Alcoa (FBA) is seeking a full-time Next Generation Director to help us multiply disciples of Jesus Christ by leading our ministries from birth through high school graduation.

We are a revitalizing church with an average Sunday morning attendance of 100 and a vision of every home in every neighborhood transformed by hope in Christ. We are committed to expository preaching, meaningful church membership, intentional discipleship, personal evangelism, and prayerful dependence on God.

Position Summary

The Next Generation Director will provide leadership for the discipleship of children, students, and their families by overseeing our ministries from birth through high school graduation.
