NextGen Student Pastor – Dahlonega Baptist Church:

Dahlonega Baptist Church is prayerfully seeking a full-time NextGen Student Pastor with a calling to lead and disciple middle school and high school students in a community where deep roots, emerging growth, and college-town influence converge. The ideal candidate will provide clear biblical teaching, develop volunteer leaders, partner closely with parents, and cultivate a gospel-centered student ministry aligned with the church's overall mission, vision, and values.

Responsibilities include preaching and teaching at weekly student gatherings, overseeing small-group discipleship, planning camps/retreats, cultivating mission opportunities, building relationships with students and families, and working within a collaborative culture with church staff. Bachelor's Degrees required, Seminary Degree preferred. A minimum of 3-5 years of ministry experience is desired.Submit questions and/or résumé to: [email protected]
