This Is a Volunteer Opportunity

This position is unpaid and best suited for someone who is called to ministry, desires pastoral experience, or wants to help shape the future of online church engagement. Hours are flexible, and training/support will be provided.

Overview:

Greater IMPACT Church is seeking a passionate and committed Online Campus Pastor (Volunteer) who will shepherd, lead, and cultivate our digital congregation. This individual will oversee online worship environments, create community engagement opportunities, and help guide people toward spiritual growth and connection within the church.

As a volunteer leader, you will play a vital role in expanding Greater IMPACT's reach and ensuring our online members feel spiritually supported, connected, and discipled.

What You'll Do:

Pastoral Leadership

• Provide spiritual care, encouragement, and prayer for online attendees.
• Oversee digital worship experiences, including livestream services and online gatherings.
• Lead or facilitate online small groups, Bible studies, and prayer meetings.
• Offer pastoral support through messages, emails, and digital follow-ups.

Community Engagement

• Cultivate a thriving online community that reflects the mission and culture of Greater IMPACT Church.
• Engage with viewers during services in chat, prayer, and follow-up opportunities.
• Build volunteer teams for online hosts, prayer partners, and engagement leaders.

Discipleship & Outreach

• Guide individuals toward next steps: salvation, baptism, membership, and serving opportunities.
• Develop strategies to reach new people online through social platforms and digital evangelism.

Administrative & Ministry Support

• Collaborate with church leadership for planning, communication, and growth initiatives.
• Track attendance, engagement, and spiritual milestones of online participants.
• Assist with content creation, online announcements, and digital ministry updates.

What You Bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Ministry, Theology, Biblical Studies, or a related field (required).
• Strong alignment with Greater IMPACT Church's mission, beliefs, and values.
• Passion for online ministry and digital evangelism.
• Demonstrated leadership and pastoral care abilities.
• Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.
• Comfortable with livestream platforms, social media engagement, and digital tools.
• Must be trustworthy, dependable, and committed to confidentiality.
• Previous ministry experience (paid or volunteer) preferred.
