Job Description

Responsibilities

• Preach and teach the Scriptures with clarity, accuracy, and relevance.
• Shepherd the congregation through pastoral care, visitation, and relational ministry.
• Lead and guide Sunday worship gatherings.
• Engage with and support church leadership, especially the elders.
• Provide spiritual leadership, discipleship, and encouragement to the congregation.
• Participate in community engagement opportunities as able.

Qualifications

• A clear personal testimony of faith in Jesus Christ.
• Agreement with the essential doctrines of the Christian faith.
• Demonstrated experience in preaching, teaching, and shepherding.
• A heart for rural ministry and small-church relationships.
• Strong relational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Humble, servant-hearted, and biblically grounded.
