Wilcrest Baptist Church is a gospel-centered, multi-ethnic congregation seeking a Part-Time Worship Leader who is first and foremost a worshiper of God. This role provides musical and spiritual leadership for weekly worship services, helping lead a diverse church family in Christ-centered, biblically faithful, and culturally thoughtful worship. Responsibilities include planning Sunday worship, selecting gospel-focused blended music, leading rehearsals, and recruiting and developing volunteer musicians. Ideal candidates demonstrate humility, strong musical ability (vocal and/or instrumental), servant-hearted leadership, and alignment with our church's mission. Hours: 12–14 per week (includes Sunday services, rehearsal, and planning)
