The Partner Relations Coordinator serves alongside the Partner Relations Team (PRT), by providing administrative excellence and business management skills, as we seek to be nationally known and supported.

- Provide support to the Senior VP of Stewardship & Advancement and VP of Development.
- Provide administrative support and coordination to the Partner Relations Team.
- Develop and implement systems the team needs.
- Liaise and collaborate with other teams and departments.
- Represent Global Disciples by answering phones and warmly greeting visitors.
Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Provide support to the Senior VP of Stewardship & Advancement and VP of Development.
- Enter basic notes on donor activity into Salesforce.
- Manage VPs' calendar.
- Organize and maintain department documents.
- Take minutes in PRT meeting, manage task registry and track progress on each person's commitments.
- Prepare and print resources, prior to team or donor meetings.
- Contact donors via phone, email, or mail correspondence.
- Arrange travel, as needed.
2. Provide coordination to the Partner Relations Team.
- Support Regional Directors periodically by completing donor follow-up via phone, email, or mail correspondence.
- Oversee and coordinate project workflows in alignment with the PRT annual calendar, ensuring timely completion and proactive management of timelines and dependencies.
- Support small-scale PRT meetings by sending invites or other duties, as requested.
- Liaise with PRT members overseeing Grants/Foundations, Churches, and Advocates.
- Provide event support i. Collaborate with Events Director so small PRT events meet company standards ii. Assist in event invitation, registration, seating chart, and follow up iii. Participate in company events, as requested
3. Develop and implement systems the team needs.
- Conduct prospective and new donor research including sending out new donor welcome packets.
- Develop, manage, and oversee the creation and organization of team resources i. Business sponsorship recruitment resources, details, and commitments ii. Vision Trip flyers, itineraries, budgets, orientation guides, email templates iii. Track table champions at company events
- Coordinate and facilitate new hire orientation.
- Receive and process estate giving surveys, ensuring timely and accurate updates to donor records in Salesforce.
4. Liaise and collaborate with other teams and departments.
- Liaise with Marketing & Communications, regarding marketing collateral and timeline.
- Collaborate with Finance Team to track or complete donor records.
- Coordinate with U.S. Prayer Leader to ensure prayer support during key partner relation activities.
5. Represent Global by answering phones and warmly greeting visitors.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be a committed follower of Jesus Christ and an active member of a Christian church.
- Passion for the mission and work of Global Disciples and alignment with its statement of faith, goals, purposes, and objectives.
- Strong administrative skills, with good typing proficiency.
- Outstanding relational, verbal, and written communication skills, with a high level of accuracy.
- Adaptable and highly detailed.
- Experience in Microsoft Office 365, ZOOM, and software-based contact management experience preferred, Sales Force preferred.
