Candidate Profile

• Born-again believer who has received the baptism of the Holy Spirit (Acts)
• Baptized in the name of Jesus (Acts)
• Spiritually mature, prayerful, and sensitive to the Holy Spirit.
• Committed to Scripture as the infallible Word of God (2 Timothy 3:16).
• Meets biblical qualifications of leadership (1 Timothy 3, Titus 1, 1 Peter 5).
• Humble, organized, fiscally responsible, and effective in communication.
• Able to disciple across generations and foster church growth.
• Ministry experience required; Bible college training preferred.

Job Description

The Role

We seek a pastor who loves Jesus and is committed to His calling. This position begins part-time (20 hours/week) with potential to grow full-time as the church expands.

Responsibilities include:

• Lead worship, preach, administer communion, baptisms, and prayer.
• Provide pastoral care: counseling, visitation, weddings, funerals.
• Oversee ministries and church business with the Board of Trustees.
• Encourage evangelism, discipleship, and community engagement.
• Support staff, volunteers, and missionaries.
