We operate across two physical locations and a robust online platform, supported by a dedicated staff of 50 people.

Job Description

The Pastor/Director of Care provides vision and leadership for church-wide care by developing proactive and responsive systems. Rather than siloing care into one department, this leader intentionally weaves soul health and holistic wellbeing into the culture of every ministry, staff team, and discipleship pathway.

Key Responsibilities

• Holistic Discipleship Systems: Embed emotional and spiritual health principles into the church's discipleship strategy and small group life.

• Staff Health & Wellbeing: Champion a sustainable ministry culture for staff through sabbath rhythms, retreats, and counseling partnerships.

• Culture-Building & Training: Equip and train staff and volunteers in compassionate care and triage practices to ensure needs are identified early.

• Systems Integration: Oversee responsive care (Compass Caregiving, Support Groups) and maintain strong partnerships with external clinical providers.

Candidate Requirements

• Education: Master's degree in Theology or Counseling preferred.

• Experience: Proven leadership in a large, multicultural church context with a focus on systems of care and leader coaching.

• Theological Alignment: Must be in full agreement with the Fellowship Doctrinal Statement and committed to the authority of the Senior Pastor and Elders.

• Competencies: A visionary culture-shaper with high relational intelligence, cross-cultural competency, and a non-anxious pastoral presence.

• Heart for the Nations: A deep love for the unreached and a passion for the unique, multicultural context of Dubai.
