Full Time Pastor Position

Dover First Baptist Church located in Wingdale, NY is an Independent, Fundamental Baptist church founded in 1757. Our pastor of 37 years retired recently, and we are searching for our next pastor. Our church is dedicated to the preaching and teaching of God's word, the Bible, with an emphasis on salvation through Jesus Christ the Lord.

Duties

• Sunday- Worship service/s (monthly communion)
• Wednesday- Bible Study/Prayer meeting
• Follow the church constitution, by-laws and doctrinal statement
• Work with deacons, trustees, teachers and members for church growth, events etc.
• Officiate weddings, funerals, baptisms, visitation of sick and shut in members as needed

The position will include a salary(negotiable), retirement/medical benefits and a four-bedroom parsonage including utilities. If one has a completed seminary and feel the Lord is calling one to the northeast, please reach out to us and submit a resume.
