Church Overview:First Baptist Church of Ross is a Southern Baptist church committed to biblical preaching, discipleship, missions, and reaching our community with the gospel of Jesus Christ. We are prayerfully seeking a pastor called by God to shepherd our congregation and lead us in fulfilling the Great Commission.

Responsibilities:• Preach and teach the Word of God• Provide spiritual leadership and vision• Shepherd and care for the congregation• Equip members for ministry and evangelism• Lead the church in missions and outreach• Work with deacons and ministry leaders

Qualifications:• A clear testimony of salvation and calling to ministry• Meets biblical qualifications for pastors found in 1 Timothy 3:1–7 and Titus 1:5–9• Affirms the Baptist Faith and Message• Strong commitment to biblical preaching and discipleship• Seminary training preferred but not required

Pay Package:Salary and benefits will be determined based on the candidate's experience, education, and full-time or bi-vocational status.
