Job Overview

Guyton Christian Church in Guyton, Georgia is seeking a Pastor to serve as the spiritual leader of its small-town, multigenerational congregation. This role centers on biblical preaching, pastoral care, and relational leadership, with an emphasis on being present and engaged in the life of the church and community.

The Pastor will provide thoughtful, Scripture-based sermons, offer compassionate pastoral care, and work collaboratively with church leadership to guide the congregation into its next season of ministry. Responsibilities include leading weekly worship services, providing pastoral care through hospital and home visits, officiating weddings, funerals, baptisms, and communion, and representing the church within the local community. The Pastor will help nurture existing relationships while encouraging spiritual growth and outreach in the surrounding area.
