Job Overview

We are a rural church seeking a biblically qualified man to be our pastor (1 Tim. 3, Titus 1). The pastor should be an effective preacher and a warm-hearted shepherd.

Job Description

The task of a pastor is to be a leader and a feeder of the flock. Preaching should be biblical, expositional, and Christ-centered. The congregation has come to expect a sermon each Lord's Day of around 30-35 minutes. Other tasks vary weekly, but include visitation of shut-in members, building and deepening relationships within the congregation, creating and leading outreach opportunities, and managing the church's online presence.
