Pastor

Northdale Baptist Church in Albuquerque, New Mexico is seeking a full-time pastor, salary range up to $70,000.00 (will consider a bi-vocational pastor). Northdale Baptist Church is a member of the Southern Baptist Convention, and we adhere to The Baptist Faith & Message.

We prefer an ordained pastor, with a minimum of seven years' experience in ministry, and an Associate of Divinity or Diploma of Theology from a school accredited by the Association of Theological Schools.

We are looking to God to lead us to a Pastor who will walk with us in our mission of loving God and loving people, who shares our vision for spreading the Gospel, fostering spiritual growth, and serving our community with love and compassion. Northdale is a small, close-knit and mature congregation in a multi-cultural, working-class community that is seeking to expand our outreach to those around us. We are looking to welcome someone who actively demonstrates his commitment to the truth of Scripture and an abiding relationship with Jesus Christ. This leader should have strengths in searching, understanding and presenting the Word of God; reaching out and caring for people both inside and outside the congregation; and leading the congregation as it faces the future God has set before us. He should be experienced with the needs and abilities of the older generation but also be able to relate to and attract members of the younger generation.
