Qualifications
• A calling to pastoral ministry
• Strong biblical knowledge and preaching ability
• Experience working with families
• Ability to build multigenerational relationships
• Effective communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Formal theological training preferred
Compensation & Benefits
• Salary commensurate with experience
• Housing provided through a parsonage
