Requirements:

• Stance on Bible: believe in the inerrancy of God's Word
• Capable of expository preaching and faithfully teaching the Word of God.
• Good interpersonal communication skills working with the staff, coworkers, and the congregation.
• Have vision for English congregation / goals
• Experience in shepherding a congregation: e.g., at least 2 years
• M. Div or Master's degree from an ATS accredited seminary
• Language: Fluent in English.
• Recommendation from previous church or organization.
• Legal working status in the United States.

Job Description

English congregation pastor responsibilities:

• Preach three Sundays a month.
• Shepherd an age-diverse English speaking congregation, from teenagers to grandparents.
• Work together with the Senior Pastor and other pastoral staff in humility and unity.
• Disciple believers into spiritual maturity.
• Lead and train the core leadership team of adults.
• Lead local outreach and evangelism, and be a model for sharing the Gospel.
• Work with the Youth Pastor to oversee the spiritual health of the youth.
• Oversee ministries of English congregation
• Conduct baptisms, weddings, and funerals

• Counseling adults who are struggling with marriage, mental health, or faith.
• Lead monthly EM Prayer Meetings and Core Team Meetings.
