WHAT YOU'LL BRINGMeets the biblical qualifications for an elder in 1 Timothy 3:1–7 and Titus 1:5–9Bachelor's degree and formal theological training required; MDiv or equivalent strongly preferredThree to five years of student, youth, young adult, or similar ministry leadership experienceStrong biblical teaching, communication, organization, and leadership-development skillsWholehearted alignment with CrossPointe's doctrine, ministry philosophy, and mission
