Job Description

Our Associate Pastor of Worship & Connections will lead and oversee the worship ministry including planning services and recruiting. As head of the connections ministry he will oversee the connections strategy of the church (helping people move from attending to belonging) and help create a warm welcoming atmosphere on Sunday mornings. He will also be part of our shepherding team and will participate in the duties of the pastoral staff such as: preaching, counseling, weddings, funerals and serving as an elder.
