Position Overview:

We are seeking an enthusiastic, Spirit-led bi-vocational pastor who is passionate about preaching the Word of God, building relationships, and shepherding a diverse congregation. The ideal candidate will be relatable to both older and younger members, bringing energy, compassion, and biblical wisdom to our church family.

Key Responsibilities:

Preach and teach biblically sound sermons on SundaysProvide pastoral care, including visitation, counseling, and prayerLead or support Bible studies and discipleship opportunitiesCollaborate with church leadership to guide the vision, mission and purpose of the churchEngage with the local community and encourage outreach effortsOfficiate weddings, funerals, and other church ceremonies as neededQualifications:

A clear calling to pastoral ministryAbility to relate to and communicate with all age groupsStrong interpersonal and leadership skillsAgreement with the Baptist Faith & Message of 2000, adopted by the Southern Baptist ConventionSeminary education or theological training preferred but not requiredMust be able to maintain a second source of income (bi-vocational)What We Offer:
