The Full-Time Pastor will serve as the primary spiritual leader and shepherd of the church, leading a growing, multi-generational congregation. This role is ideal for a man who:

• Loves expository preaching and teaching God's WordHas a strong passion for evangelism and reaching the lostDemonstrates an ability to effectively disciple members to become more mature followers of ChristHas a clear, intentional approach to increasing member engagement and participationIs proactive in developing strategies to reach guests and connect them into the life of the churchValues and supports a strong families ministry, including children and youthIs energized by leading a church with both strong heritage and future potentialLeads with humility, conviction, and vision

Qualifications

• A clear testimony of salvation in Jesus ChristA clear calling to pastoral ministryAgreement with the Baptist Faith and Message (2000)Biblical qualifications outlined in 1 Timothy 3, Titus 1, and 1 Peter 5Strong commitment to the authority and inerrancy of ScriptureProven ability to preach and teach effectivelyA shepherd's heart with relational and approachable leadership styleDemonstrated ability to lead in evangelism, outreach, and church growth strategies

Compensation & Benefits
