We are a Particular Baptist church.

We subscribe to the 1689 London Baptist Confession of Faith.

In terms of polity, we are a congregational church that practices elder rule.

In terms of worship services, most of the preaching is expository, and our singing is unaccompanied, exclusive psalmody.

We are a relatively small congregation.

Position Qualifications:

We are looking for someone who is called to eldership (1 Timothy 3:1) and meets the biblical qualifications outlined in 1 Timothy 3 and Titus 1.

We would like someone to be with us for a time that we might become acquainted with him and he with us. We would like to see him learn or show himself to be fit for the office.

Any candidate should embrace the doctrine of the Christian Sabbath, and should seek to sanctify the Lord's Day by word and example.

Regarding eschatology, we would prefer a candidate who ascribes to an amillennial view, looking for the imminent return of Christ, though we are willing to consider those who hold to certain historical premillennial, and postmillennial views.
