Production Director Lakeside Presbyterian Church | Brandon, MS Reports To: Senior Pastor Status: Part-Time, Non-Exempt, 10-12 hours a week

Role Summary The Production Director oversees audio and technical support for worship services and church events. This role ensures that sound systems function clearly and reliably, supporting the communication of God's Word in gathered worship.

Key Responsibilities Run audio for Sunday worship services Run sound for Tuesday night rehearsals Provide audio support for funerals and special services as needed Edit and upload weekly sermon video Maintain and troubleshoot audio and production equipment Keep production spaces and systems organized Recruit, train, and schedule volunteers as needed

Ministry Expectations Support worship through clear and distraction-free production Serve staff and volunteers with a steady and helpful presence Maintain consistency and reliability in all technical execution

Position Qualifications:

Qualifications Character Christian with a growing, active faith Dependable and steady under pressure Teachable and easy to work with Competency Experience with live audio systems and sound mixing Basic troubleshooting and system knowledge Ability to train and lead volunteers Attention to detail in live environments

Schedule & Time Expectations 10–15 hours per week Tuesday evening rehearsals Sunday morning services Additional time for funerals and special services as needed

Compensation Hourly rate based on experience
