Professional Foster Parents – Housing, Salary and Great Benefits

Professional Foster Parents also called Houseparents are everyday missionaries, bringing the love of Christ to children from hard places. They live in a family-style cottage and create a safe, Christ-centered home where healing begins and hope is restored.

Houseparents:-Care for a group of children by providing structure, love, discipline, and spiritual guidance in a nurturing, home-like setting-Manage daily routines such as meals, school prep, chores, and bedtime with consistency and grace-Model healthy relationships and Christ-like character in everyday life-Walk with children through their healing journey, offering emotional and spiritual support-Serve as part of a gospel-driven team dedicated to trauma-informed, biblically grounded care

Professional Foster Parents also known as Houseparents live in a large provided home at our Estancia, NM campus and earn a salary and benefits. They also enjoy a schedule with built in respite of 16 days on and 8 days off allowing approx 15 weeks off a year.
