The Redeemer Kids and Youth Coordinator will providing guidance, leadership, support and pastoral care for children, parents and volunteers primarily on Sunday mornings.

We are looking for a person who has gifting and desire for seeing children flourish in their relationships with the Lord and others. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, be organized, have the ability to multi-task, be an effective teacher and is passionate about sharing the Gospel.

Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic self-starter to implement the vision of Redeemer Community Church in the Kids' and Youth Ministry Departments. This individual will provide guidance, leadership, and support for children, parents, and volunteers. We are looking for a person who can be a spiritual leader for children from birth through 8th grade. The ideal candidate needs to be organized, have the ability to multi-task, be able to effectively teach, lead and be a team builder, able to develop other leaders. Most importantly they should be passionate about sharing the Gospel with the community.
