Job Overview

The Regional Director establish and operate one of 12 Regions throughout the country, expanding the work of the nonprofit — starting thrift stores to serve as funding engines for local Pregnancy Resource Centers and sharing the person, work and teachings of Jesus on our college campuses by bringing speakers to the university, setting up student-led book tables and helping students to write and submit op-eds in student publications.

Job Description

The Regional Director will oversee the establishment and growth of a thrift store network in one of 12 designated U.S. regions (following a proven model launched in Richmond, VA) to generate and provide significant ongoing grants to our pregnancy resource centers, promoting the lives of the unborn, made in the image of God, and helping their mothers in need. The Regional Director will also build and work through relationships with university students and communities to assist and resource them to bring speakers to our university campuses, provide student-led book table events, write and submit student op-eds in campus publications and other activities and student engagements to present our students and university communities with the person, work and teachings of Jesus, who himself is the very image of God. Each Regional Director will be responsible for establishing thrift store(s), hiring store manager(s), networking and building relationships with local churches, pregnancy resource centers, university communities and student leaders, and helping to carry out the mission and raise contributions to support operations. The National Office will provide guidance, support, and supervision for this role.

Annual salary of $150,000 (inclusive of housing allowance). Benefits package including health insurance, dental insurance, disability insurance, life insurance, retirement contribution, and paid time off.
