Job Description
International Project is seeking Regional Mobilizers based in strategic U.S. regions to help expand awareness of God's global mission and invite believers into concrete next steps. Regional Mobilizers represent International Project locally through church visits, ministry conversations, events, and relational networking.
Responsibilities include building relationships with churches and ministry leaders, sharing International Project's vision and opportunities, coaching individuals who are exploring missions, praying with and shepherding potential candidates, recording follow-ups in the mobilization CRM, and participating in regular team check-ins.
Ideal candidates are prayerful followers of Jesus with a heart for the nations and unreached people groups, strong relational skills, ministry or cross-cultural experience, and agreement with International Project's Statement of Faith and Philosophy of Ministry. The role is part-time, approximately 6 hours per week, with potential to grow through additional support raising.
