School Administrator
The applicant must have:
Faith and Lifestyle: Candidates must demonstrate a mature commitment to Jesus Christ, active membership in a Bible believing church, and a lifestyle that conforms to the school's doctrinal statements.
Education: Masters Degree in Education
Experience: A minimum of 3-5+ years of experience in educational leadership or administration, preferably within a Christian or private school setting.
Leadership and Skills: Proficiency in staff management, curriculum development, community engagement and budget management. Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills are a must.
Common Responsibilities:
Overseeing daily operations and ensuring academic programs align with biblical principles.
Fostering a spiritual, safe, loving and nurturing environment for students and staff.
Implementing school policies, helping to manage budgets and facilitating community relations.
Working alongside the Leadership Team to accomplish the vision of the school.
