Secondary Program Director

Job Overview

Live where you serve. Lead where you live.

Lago Vista Neighbor (LVN) is seeking a Secondary Program Director to join our "incarnational" ministry in Loveland, Colorado. This is a unique, lifestyle-integrated role for a maturing disciple of Jesus who is called to live in the heart of our vibrant, multi-ethnic mobile home community.

You won't just be running programs; you'll be a neighbor, a mentor, and a "Youth Champion." Your mission is to lead our 6th–12th grade students through a "trifecta" of holistic growth: Spiritual Discipleship, Academic Empowerment, and Leadership Development. If you are a self-starter who believes that praying with a student, helping them with algebra, and shoveling a snowy sidewalk can all be holy, we want to hear from you.

  • Administrative Skill: A self-starter with organizational skills who can stick to a set budget.
  • Mission-Aligned: Ready for the unique lifestyle of living on-site in a provided residence.
