Job Description
The ideal candidate is a biblically grounded, spiritually mature, humble, approachable, and gifted communicator with a shepherd's heart and a passion for helping people grow in Christ and share the Gospel. This role will lead and equip staff, ministry leaders, and volunteers; oversee worship and church ministries; cultivate relationships within the church and community; and help advance our mission through intentional discipleship, evangelism, engaging worship, and compassionate community impact. Candidates should have vocational ministry experience, formal theological education, and a demonstrated commitment to faithful biblical teaching and Christ-centered leadership.
