About Barwick Baptist Church

Barwick Baptist Church is a growing congregation located in Brooks County, Georgia, near the Thomas County line. Our church family extends beyond our immediate community, drawing members and guests from Brooks and Thomas counties. We are blessed with a healthy balance of all age groups, from children and youth to young families and senior adults, making our fellowship both vibrant and welcoming.

Our congregation is approximately 100 in size, allowing us to maintain a close-knit, family atmosphere while still experiencing exciting growth and new opportunities for ministry.

Barwick itself is a rural agricultural community, and our church has deep roots in serving and supporting those who live and work in this setting.

The Lord has graciously allowed us to experience continuous growth—not only in numbers, but also in spiritual maturity. Week by week, we see evidence of His hand at work as our people grow in discipleship, deepen their fellowship, and live out their faith in practical ways.

Most importantly, Barwick Baptist Church has been a place where the power of the Holy Spirit is clearly seen through the Gospel of Jesus Christ. We frequently witness God's saving work through professions of faith, baptisms, and new members uniting with our congregation.
