He will lead and oversee in preaching, teaching, worship, discipleship, evangelism, fellowship and stewardship while upholding the biblical doctrines and values of the Southern Baptist Convention and FSBC's Constitution, Bylaws, and church covenant while encouraging unity within the multicultural church.
