First Baptist Church Blackshear is prayerfully seeking a Senior Pastor who is called by God to lead our congregation.
FBC Blackshear is a growing Southern Baptist Church located in Southeast Georgia. Although Blackshear is a small community in Pierce County, the church would be described as relatively large with nearly 700 people attending across two Sunday morning services. God has enabled us to grow by an average of 100 new members each year over the last three years, leading us to expand both our education and kids' ministry spaces.
We are a church of hard-working, compassionate, loving, and faithful believers. FBC is a doctrinally conservative church that believes the Word of God is inspired, inerrant, infallible, and is the standard of truth.
