First Baptist Church of Joplin, Missouri, is prayerfully seeking a Senior Pastor to lead our congregation. We are a mid-sized, multi-generational Southern Baptist church committed to evangelizing our community through service and discipling believers in their walk with Christ.

The ideal candidate will hold a seminary degree and/or have at least ten years of pastoral experience. We seek a gifted shepherd who is devoted to preaching and teaching God's Word, provides strong administrative leadership, and leads with wisdom, humility, and vision.
