First Baptist Church, Salisbury, NC, is a mission-minded SBC church with approximately 750 members, a legacy of work on behalf of the Kingdom of God, and the potential to make a larger impact for Christ. What's missing right now is a Senior Pastor. The Senior Pastor will be responsible for the welfare and oversight of the church and act as its shepherd (1 Peter 5:1-4). The ministry of the Senior Pastor must glorify God, be consistent with the Salisbury FBC Constitution and Bylaws, and involve ministries designed to help people come to know Jesus Christ and become committed followers of Him.
