First Baptist Church of South Euclid is prayerfully seeking a Christ-Centered, Spirit Led, Bi-Vocational pastor who will encourage the congregation to continue to grow in faith, unity and love. Who will shepherd the congregation with humility, wisdom, patience, integrity and compassion to the glory of God the father.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide spiritual leadership & pastoral care to the church and local community.
• Prepare and deliver Christ-centered sermons with practical applications aligned with God's will.
• Administer the ordinances of baptism and communion.
• Provide biblical counseling & visitation for members and families.
• Perform weddings and funerals.
• Encourage and equip members to serve and grow as disciples of Christ.
• Guide the congregation in evangelism, missions, and outreach.
• Oversee the collaboration with deacons, committees, and ministry teams to advance the church's mission.
