Senior Pastor: Grace Central Church
Job Description:
Grace Central Church (GCC) is seeking a Senior Pastor who will faithfully preach God's Word, provide spiritual leadership, and shepherd the congregation as the church's primary preacher and vision leader: Working alongside the Session, staff, and ministry leaders, the Senior Pastor will help cultivate a Christ-centered, Gospel-driven church devoted to worship, discipleship, fellowship, mission, and service.
Position Qualifications:
- Meet the biblical qualifications of an Elder as outlined in Scripture.
- Ordained or ordainable in the Presbyterian Church in America (PCA).
- Master of Divinity (M.Div.) degree or equivalent theological education.
- Minimum of 5 years of pastoral experience.
- Strong commitment to the authority of Scripture and Reformed theology consistent with PCA standards.
- Ability to preach, teach, disciple, and lead effectively in a local church setting.
