Job Description:

1.Ensure the Spiritual Health of the Church—Move Us Upward 2.Lead Strategic Oversight and Planning—Move Us Forward 3.Supervise Staff and Volunteers—Make Us Stronger 4.Oversight of Worship—Primary Preaching—Move Us Biblically 5.Care of Partners and Community—Move Us to Love

Position Qualifications:

• Currently ordained or eligible to be ordained in ECO
• Receive, adopt and be bound by the Essential Tenets of ECO
• Master of Divinity from an accredited theological seminary
• Prefer at least 10 years experience as a Senior Pastor with major preaching responsibilities
• Experience leading a staff of paid full-time and part-time employees plus several ministry volunteers
• Experience leading change, directing organizational structure, and vision alignment
