Position: Full-time Senior Pastor

Lower Creek Baptist Church, Lower Creek Drive, Lenoir NC (established in 1826)

Lower Creek Baptist Church is committed to being a Great Commission Church, (Matthew 28:19-20)

Bible based, exist to make disciples and impact our community and beyond

teaching and preaching the gospel of the Lord, Jesus Christ.

The church is seeking a man to –

Lead biblically sound and engaging sermons weekly

Provide spiritual direction for staff and ministry teams

Shepherd the congregation through counseling, visitation and discipleship

Connect with the local community and represent our church

Ensure effective communication of church activities

Qualifications –

Deep growing relationship with our Lord and Savior

Strong and effective preaching ability

Proven leadership in a church setting

Beliefs align with the Church

Preferred Qualifications include –

Advanced Theological Degree

Five years' experience as a leader of a multi staffed church with a record of growth
