We are prayerfully seeking a full‑time Pastor who will faithfully shepherd our congregation and lead us in fulfilling this mission. We desire a man of God who upholds the inerrant truth of the Holy Scriptures, leads with humility and compassion, and models a life shaped by biblical convictions. The ideal candidate will be equipped to serve as a strong preacher, wise counselor, and effective leader. Applicants should demonstrate proven leadership abilities, spiritual maturity, and the capacity to communicate clearly and graciously with individuals across all ages and stages of life.

Expectations:

● Provide spiritual leadership to the members of the church.

● Preach and oversee worship services and have an aptitude for teaching.

● Provide biblical counseling (including crisis situations) and guidance to members and regular attending persons as needed.

● Work with the Elders and lead the church to fulfill God's vision and mission.

● Minister to prospective members through personal contact.

● Have a heart and mind for missions and our Tri-Cities community.

● Convey clear theological convictions that align with the Baptist Faith & Message.
