The Pathway Church is seeking a full time Senior Pastor to guide our Christ-centered, family-oriented congregation. We're looking for a humble, visionary leader committed to biblical teaching, heartfelt worship, and community outreach.

Requirements:

· Currently ordained/licensed or expressing readiness to be under Southern Baptist standards.

· Pastoral experience and strong communication skills

· Willingness to relocate and engage locally

Compensation is commensurate with education and experience, with a MAXIMUM of

$52,000 per year, plus a well-maintained parsonage.
