About the Senior Pastor
The Senior Pastor will fulfill Trinity Church's mission of building a community where faith, family, and friendship thrive. This will entail providing spiritual guidance and support, developing and executing ministry, events, and outreach, leading liturgical services, and managing the church's day-to-day operations.

The following describes many of the characteristics of the ideal candidate for the Senior Pastor:
Education and experience
- Degree in theology (preferably MDiv or equivalent)
- 5+ years of experience as a pastor (prefer experience as a Sr. Pastor or significant leadership history
- Ordained within the Anglican tradition; otherwise ordained in a similar tradition with a willingness to be ordained within Anglicanism
Personal characteristics and qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Organizational and administrative skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Self-motivated
- Willing to work with our current Senior Pastor for a smooth transition
