Job Description:

Trinity Presbyterian Church in Guam is seeking a Senior Pastor who has:

• A genuine love for military families and military ministry
• A heart for missions and evangelism
• A willingness to endure hardship for the sake of Christ and His church
• A deep commitment to ordinary means of grace ministry
• Rugged determination and perseverance
• A self-starter who can think creatively and strategically
• A desire to invest long-term (5-7 years or more)
• A strong commitment to the Westminster Confession of Faith and Catechisms
• The ability and willingness to raise ministry support
• A shepherd's heart for God's people and a passion for reaching the lost

Position Qualifications:

• Meet the biblical qualifications for gospel ministry
• Committed to the Westminster Standards
• Member of, or willing to join, the Presbyterian Church in America (PCA)
• Willing to come under the care of Southeast Alabama Presbytery
• Successfully sustain examination and be installed as pastor
• Be approved for service with Ministry to the Military and Internationals (MM&I)
