Woodbine Baptist Church, a Southern Baptist congregation in Pace, Florida, is prayerfully seeking a full‑time Senior Pastor to serve as the spiritual shepherd of our church family, leading under the lordship of Christ and in accordance with Scripture. Responsibilities include preaching, leading worship, pastoral care, mentoring/guiding full/part time staff, and providing oversight to all committees.
The ideal candidate is a man of proven Christlike character who is passionate about expository, doctrinally sound preaching, who adheres to the Baptist Faith and Message 2000, and is gifted in leading a congregation toward gospel‑centered growth, discipleship, and community outreach.
The Senior Pastor will provide Christ‑centered leadership and vision for the church, equipping and working alongside deacons, staff, and ministry leaders as he shepherds the congregation with faithfulness, humility, and a servant's heart. Requires an undergraduate or graduate degree at an approved university/seminary, preferably Southern Baptist affiliated.
