Job Overview

Fundraising Missionary Position

• Provide and/ or coordinate transportation for team members for locations including but not limited to: work sites, airports, work projects and other team events
• Assist in the direction and management of team members to ensure projects are completed at the Ranch in the event that the ST manager cannot be present
• Be available to translate for team members if needed
• Oversee any duties as directed by the ST manager in the event that the ST manager cannot be present
• Ensure team needs are met and teams are well cared for during their stay. This includes overseeing the collection and distribution of team purchases
• Ability to work outside of normal business hours
• Attend staff meetings as directed
• Pursue personal spiritual growth

Job Description

World Gospel Outreach is looking for the right person to join our team as Serve Team Auxiliary. The Serve Team (ST) Auxiliary will provide assistance to the Serve Team department. Under the direction of the ST Manager, they will provide direction, transportation, translation and logistical support for visiting teams. This is a secondary role to the ST manager and as such, hours and responsibilities may vary.
