Job Overview
Keystone Church is seeking a senior-level Shepherding Pastor to help cultivate a culture of congregational care and biblical counseling in a growing EFCA church. Serving alongside our Lead and Preaching Pastors, this role will equip leaders and members to care well for one another and provide oversight for pastoral care and counseling. We are looking for a theologically grounded, relationally wise shepherd who delights in equipping the saints and building sustainable systems of gospel-centered care in the local church.
