Prayerfully Seeking an Experienced Spiritual Leader for Our Congregation

First Baptist Monticello, FL—located in the Florida Panhandle, approximately 24 miles east of Tallahassee at 325 West Washington Street is prayerfully seeking a passionate and visionary Senior Pastor to join us in guiding our congregation as we grow in faith, deepen in fellowship, and reach out to serve our community.

The ideal candidate will be a seasoned spiritual leader, deeply rooted in Southern Baptist doctrine who will shepherd our church with wisdom, humility, and unwavering commitment to the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

Qualifications and Responsibilities (Summary)· Experience in full-time pastoral ministry within a Southern Baptist setting and a bachelor's degree.

· Ordained minister who is cooperative with and supportive of the Southern Baptist Convention and committed to the Baptist Faith & Message 2000.

· Exhibits the biblical qualities of leadership and character outlined in I Timothy 3:1-7, Titus 1:6-9, and I Peter 5:2-4.

· Provide biblically sound sermons, pastoral care, team leadership, church growth, a heart for community, and administrative skills.
