First Baptist Tillman's Corner in Mobile, Alabama is seeking a full-time Student Minister to lead and shepherd our vibrant 7th–12th grade ministry as we pursue our mission to Love God, Love People, and Connect the Two. The Student Minister will serve as a vital member of the family ministry team. While serving under the Family Pastor, he will provide visionary leadership to all areas of student ministry—faithfully teaching biblical doctrine, guiding Wednesday night worship gatherings, planning and executing key events, partnering with Life Group leaders, and cultivating meaningful discipleship relationships with students and their families. This role also involves equipping and supporting volunteers, maintaining a presence in local schools, and championing student ministry within the broader life of the church. FBTC is a growing, gospel-centered congregation with an average Sunday morning attendance of 650, offering active ministries throughout the week. Our student ministry consistently engages 60+ students and leaders each week through worship, discipleship, missions, and a variety of impactful programs.
