East Commerce Baptist Church, a traditional southern Baptist Church in Lewisburg, Tennessee is seeking a bi- vocational minister to students in grade 6 through 12. The successful candidate would possess ability to lead,grow, and manage a thriving student ministry equipping students to live for Christ. Key responsibilities include planning weekly classes and events, executing student focused events, and mission outings, and trips, providing strategic leadership, compelling teaching and building relationships with students and their families. Strong communication and organization skills, a heart to serve an ability to collaborate with the senior pastor on directions of ministry are essential.
