Student Minister — Fellowship Baptist Church
Location: Maineville, OH | Reports To: Discipleship Pastor | Full-Time
Fellowship Baptist Church is seeking a relational, Gospel-centered Student Minister to lead and grow our ministry for students in grades 6–12. This role exists to help students make Jesus essential in their lives through biblical teaching, intentional community, and engagement with the world.
Job Description
What You'll Do:
- Lead & Inspire Students: Plan and guide weekly gatherings, small groups, and special events.
- Teach the Gospel: Deliver Biblical teaching that equips students to love Jesus, love their neighbor, and engage the culture around them.
- Partner with Parents: Support and encourage families as the primary influence of their children.
- Develop Leaders: Recruit, train, and equip adult volunteers and student leaders to serve alongside you.
- Create Community: Build meaningful, Christ-centered relationships with students, families, and volunteers.
Who You Are:
- A mature follower of Jesus with a shepherd's heart for students and families.
- Relational, self-motivated, and able to lead with integrity and initiative.
- Passionate about the Gospel and committed to helping students apply it to life and culture.
- Experienced in student ministry, volunteer leadership, and effective communication.
