A Brief Overview

Green Hill Church is seeking a Student Minister (Full Time – Exempt) to lead our middle school and high school ministry (65+ students) in alignment with our mission to lead every generation to discover the hope, life, and purpose found in Jesus alone.

The Student Minister will disciple students, equip volunteer leaders, and partner with parents to help students encounter God, follow Jesus, grow together, and live sent.

As we seek our next Student Minister, we are praying for a shepherd-leader who loves Jesus deeply, treasures God's Word, and has a passion for investing in the next generation—helping students not only understand the gospel but live it out in community and on mission.

Key Responsibilities

Teaching Scripture and leading weekly student gatheringsBuilding relationships with students and familiesRecruiting and developing volunteer leaders (25-30 volunteers)Planning events, retreats, and discipleship opportunitiesQualifications
