LifePointe Church is seeking a youth pastor!
The youth pastor is our champion of student ministries, middle school through High School! Leading as an important member of a greater ministry team including both volunteers and church staff, the youth pastor's work is united with the shared mission and vision of the whole church. As with all Director-level positions at LifePointe, it is expected that the youth pastor's efforts will work to move students through the steps of our Disciple-Making Pathway (see below) to grow more like Jesus, and be carried out in alignment with the equipping model of ministry found in Ephesians 4:11-16 by training, equipping, and releasing leaders in the work of ministry.

Youth Pastor | LifePointe Church | Fort Collins, Colorado
Job Title: Director of Student Ministries (6th – 12th grade)
Status: Full-time salaried (overtime exempt); reports to supervisor from Pastoral Leadership Team
Compensation: Annual salary range: $49,000 – $67,000, commensurate with experience & education
Benefits: Healthcare; paid vacation time; quarterly soul-care days; 9 paid holidays; technology allowance of $40/month; flexible work schedule and location.
Housing: If needed, transitional housing may be available at adjacent, church-owned residence.
